Sidhbali Mandir
here is a belief that Guru Gorakhnath along with his pupils belonging to the Nath community who are often referred to as Sidh or Saint had done their meditation at this place for a long duration. Therefore several saints started coming here for meditation. Few of them are Baba Sitaram ji, Baba Narayan Das Ji, Baba Gopal Das Ji and saint Sevadas Ji as well as Falahari Baba Ji had done his meditation here for several years.
According to the history known, Saint Sidhwa who was there in 14th Century had done his meditation here and is today worshipped as Sidh here in this temple.

Durga Devi temple is magnificently situated on the slant of a hill near the road to Pauri.This place is also very much popular as best picnic spot near Kotdwar. Near the Durga Devi temple, tourist finds a divine peace on the small river bank. Several small waterfalls and hill forest makes this place more spectacular. People can enjoy the bath in the river all round the year except rainy season when water level is high.
Corbett National Park
From Kotdwar, tourists can take entry from Haldukhal-Vatanbasa gate of Corbett. For tourists traveling from New Delhi towards Jim Corbett Park, the Vatanbasa Gate reduces the distance by 50 km. Since the major portion of the national park falls in the Garhwal region, Vatanvasa Gate is an entry point to the least explored region in the tiger reserve.
From the Vatanbasa Gate, tourist can opt for a wildlife safari to Sonanadi, Maidavan and Lotachaur region in the tiger reserve. Wildlife safaris services have been started from Vatanbasa entry point. Six jeep safaris are scheduled to be in service daily from this entry point.
